Directions
Wild Valley North is just on the west side of Loveland, Colorado.
- Take I-25 north to Loveland (exit 257B).
- Take Hwy. 34 to the west part of Loveland.
- From Wilson Avenue (in Loveland), continue driving west two miles along US Hwy. 34.
- Turn right (north) onto Hidden Valley Drive.
Note: You'll need to enter through the gated entrance at Hidden Valley Estates, which requires a special gate code. Please call John Mathey at 970.481.5512 for gate access information and a personal tour. Once gate entrance has been granted, proceed 1 1/2 miles northeast to Arwen Lane. Currently, there are four permit-ready lots of five acres each, which include lot numbers 6, 7, 8, and 9. All four lots border Arwen Lane.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are scheduled for completion at a later date and are to the west of Wilderland Way.
So private and so tranquil, Wild Valley North is located just 9 miles west of I-25 and one hour from Denver International Airport. Downtown Loveland, Fort Collins, and Longmont with excellent shopping and restaurants, are mere minutes away.
